Courtney Chiles

Courtney joined the staff of Sobaski Carpets in 2014. She loves helping customers’ visions become a reality. Some of her favorite products to work with are window treatments and vinyl plank. When she is not working, she is probably chasing around her three kids - including identical twin girls!

Chad Chiles

Chad started working in flooring in 2010. He worked with crews and learned the ropes of flooring through the installation side. In 2012, Chad jumped into sales and hasn't looked back. Chad enjoys meeting new people, and building and creating trustworthy relationships with his clients. His laid-back personality makes the entire flooring experience easy going and fun. As an Iowa City lifer, he enjoys experiencing all our area has to offer along with his wife and 3 kids, Cole, Riley & Nora.

Kelly Manning

Kelly started working at Sobaski Carpets in 2010. She enjoys the variety of flooring products, keeping up with the latest trends and helping her clients select the best option for their home and lifestyle. Kelly loves that every day is a little bit different in the flooring world. In her free time you will find her outside with her husband and pups, reading a good book or out riding horses.

Mitchell Manning

Mitchell is from a small town in northeast Iowa and grew up on his family's dairy farm. His favorite activities include hunting morel mushrooms and helping his wife, Kelly, with chores around their hobby farm. His favorite part of being a sales associate is helping people with their remodels. Mitchell competed in the Solon Beef Days Hay Bale Toss in the summer of 2021 and didn't get last place.

Lexie Rausch

Meet Lexie! Lexie graduated from Kirkwood's Interior Design Program in 2018. Before joining our team in 2019, she worked as a design associate and assisted clients with selecting furniture, lighting, and home decor. In her free time, she enjoys trail and road biking, listening to podcasts and music, spending time with family and friends, and meeting new people. While at work, she looks forward to helping clients find the perfect flooring product for their home. Lexie's favorite material is tile because of the vast selection of styles and colors available.

Angela Sobaski

Angela has been with Sobaski Carpets since December 1991. She has held many positions over the years, but her current responsibility is the role of bookkeeper. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her grandchildren) and friends.
